Esselte Meto has introduced a full-colour brochure describing its latest range of security labels, incorporating tags which are detectable by retail EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance) systems.

Esselte Meto offers five labelling/tagging systems. These include invisible strip labels, available in a range of sizes from 10 x 63.5mm, which can be used to tag spirit and perfume bottles, for example; thin film technology labels, from 26 x 16mm, which can be pre-printed with corporate information and then over-printed with price and other data and dispensed using a hand-held tool – to protect a wide range of foods and soft and hard goods; and thin film thermal labels, for use with thermal bar code printers. Also available are Kimball swing tickets, using an untearable material, which can be applied to product with tamper-resistant features; and hard tags, which have a tamper-proof locking mechanism, and are ideal for protecting fashion items.
