At the end of 2011 the award winning cheese makers at Belton created a limited edition cheese, using a unique recipe developed over many years. The Belton range of Red Fox proved to be a runaway success, winning numerous awards year after year. The cheese has proven to be so popular that in 2013, Belton agreed to distribute the cheese in America.
More recently Belton Farm attended the International Cheese awards where they won an unprecedented haul of 51 awards, and 5 trophies including the National Westminster Trophy for the highest number of overall points for the fifth year running. The Red Fox brand of cheese did exceptionally, winning both a gold and bronze award.
