Founded by Ken Seaton who discovered how to keep his cheese fresh on the bar of his hotel in Somerset &#8211; put beer in them, thus Beer Cheese was born. Ken decided to pursue his ambition of creating more cheeses, founding the Ilchester Cheese Company in a picturesque village based in the Somerset. These traditional circular labels were printed using the latest in printing technology and techniques to ensure maximum on- shelf appeal.
