World Radiography Day is celebrated on the 8th November each year. The date marks the anniversary of the discovery of x-radiation by\u00a0Wilhelm Roentgen\u00a0in 1895. Radiographers worldwide are encouraged to use the day to promote radiography as a career, as a vital contribution to modern healthcare and as a chance to increase public awareness of diagnostic imaging and radiation therapy.<\/p>\n
By using the latest UV inks and printing techniques we were able to print these circular labels<\/a>. The design is focused around the industry using a photographic still of head scan, to raise awareness of the day, and jobs radiographers do.
