Founded by Ken Seaton who discovered how to keep his cheese fresh on the bar of his hotel in Somerset \u2013 put beer in them, thus Beer Cheese was born. Ken decided to pursue his ambition of creating more cheeses, founding the Ilchester Cheese Company in a picturesque village based in the Somerset.<\/p>\n<p>Ilchester have a very proud history of producing high-quality and innovative products. These <a href=\"http:\/\/www.etiquette.co.uk\/printed-labels\/printed-labels.html\">labels<\/a> in particular are for an old British favourite Cheddar, and were printed using UV inks including gold, black and red these labels have a traditional look that works in tandem with the timeless flavour of the cheese.
