Today our focus is on The Isle of Wight Cheese Company which started making cheese in the Queenbower dairy in October 2006 with the aim to create a variety of small scale handmade cheeses for the island. In addition to handcrafting cheese they also produce a range of milks from their herd of 60 cows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
