It is all female lead, with Apra being the founder and director. After studying history and archaeology in her early years, she immersed herself in historical re-enactments across the United Kingdom, demonstrating traditions from as early as 12th century Britain. From these events, she developed a love for cooking with age-old ingredients to create delicious\u00a0modern days twists on long-forgotten recipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have done a brand refresh for them &#8211; started off with a new logo and created a range of labels for their prize-winning vinegars and sauces.
