The proud British cheese producer is tucked away in the beautiful Somerset countryside, where they have been making speciality British cheeses since 1962. Founded by Ken Seaton who discovered how to keep his cheese fresh on the bar of his hotel in Somerset – put beer in them, thus Beer Cheese was born. Ken decided to pursue his ambition of creating more cheeses, founding the Ilchester Cheese Company in a picturesque village based in the Somerset. These traditional circular labels were printed using the latest in printing technology and techniques to ensure maximum on- shelf appeal. These new labels feature the Ilchester logo at the top in addition to a Fuller’s logo at the bottom.
