The Bottle-Matic semi-automatic bottle labelling machine applies front and back bottle labels to a multitude of cylindrical objects. Labels up to 380mm wide can be applied onto containers ranging from 12mm to 250mm in diameter at speeds of up to 1000 pieces per hour.
Operation is simple – simply set the required label spacing using the index button, insert your bottle/container and press the supplied foot-switch. Upon activation the foot-switch initiates the labelling process and the bottle labels are applied accurately and quickly. With the Bottle-Matic labelling machine most sized bottles are labelled in less than five seconds.

The DWR Round is a desktop wraparound labelling machine developed for accurate applications of self-adhesive labels on cylindrical packaging. The DWR Round can accept labels of up to and including 200mm width, the roller can be adjusted to any core type which can accept label rolls of up to 300mm in diameter, therefore reducing downtime. The DWR Round can apply wraparound or individual front and back labels to all types of cylindrical packaging. The labels are initiated by a fork photocell that detects the leading edge of each label.
The DWR Round can be equipped with an ultrasonic sensor which is able to read the difference in thickness between the labels and the liner when applying transparent labels. In addition an inkjet coder can also be attached for printing variable data for traceability. The coder is able to print times, dates, barcodes and text with a maximum height of up to 12.7mm at 300dpi with the text being supplied on software included, in addition to this the coder can also be synchronised to the same speed of the label feed.
